In a nutshell THM is basically a way to "eat up and slim down" by eating various foods in different ways, the pounds will simply slide off. But while this book is full of healthy recipes with crazy secret ingredients, you won't know you are eating healthy foods! Chocolate cake for breakfast, anyone? Am I the only one that enjoys a buffet of cookies and candies for dinner with an icy slushy on the side? Oh yeah, baby!
These recipes are easy to create and follow. One of the best parts is that most of the recipes are not very time consuming.
I am giving this book five stars for the format, style, and quality of the recipes.
